Smart Manufacturing System
Smart Brain (MES System): An end-to-end digital management closed-loop covering "Order Generation → Production Planning → Manufacturing Execution → Finished Product Delivery → Quality Traceability". Acting as the core hub of the workshop, the MES system achieves deep integration across multiple modules, including sales, procurement, production, and warehousing.
Smart Warehousing and Logistics (WMS/WCS): Centrally coordinated by the WMS/WCS, this system enables real-time monitoring and dynamic scheduling of raw materials, semi-finished products, and residual materials, achieving full integration between material flow and information flow.
Flexible Smart Manufacturing Line Matrix:
Smart Flexible Sheet Metal Processing Line: Integrates CNC punching, laser cutting, and smart bending centers to achieve highly flexible production for both high-volume single-part and low-volume multi-part manufacturing.
Smart CNC Busbar Center: Ensures high-precision processing of core electrical components.
RGV Smart Assembly Line for Complete Equipment: Enables the standardized and automated assembly from individual components to complete electrical equipment.
